1c Lactaid milk (I used whole milk)
1/4 c crushed ice
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp Vanilla sugar free instant pudding mix
1 dash Cinnamon
SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE in Blender Bottle.
