When I wake up (usually 5am) I put my ingredients into the Blender Bottle and then place it in the freezer while I am showering and getting ready.
Just before I fly out the door I grab the Blender Bottle...give it a few shakes and enjoy a frosty, frothy mocha protein shake while driving to work!!
It is JUST AS GOOD as any drive-thru frappe frosty concoction.

Mocha Protein Shake:
1/2 c. black coffee (I reserve in fridge from night prior)
1 scoop protein powder
1c. skim milk
1tsp sugar free jello chocolate instant pudding
Pour ingredients into the Blender Bottle.
Shake
Place in Freezer until after showering and getting dressed.
Enjoy!
